I bought these off a neighbor who'd asked me over to see if I wanted to buy some albums- - but these caught my eye because I'd never seen a uncut sheet showcasing the back of a note.
Has anyone seen something like this? Why would they do it this way? (Maybe had a 2nd one with the front of the bills?
    Thanks!

Well, seeing the front, and the serial numbers, would make it easier to tell if it's a legit sheet or not. Could just be decorative since there's nothing distinct on the back for each bill.

Are you sure the front isn't under that paper?

No, it could be. But I guess I'll have to open to see if real.

It's more than likely to be double-sided given the way the printing process works.

If it IS two-sided, depending on series it may have Considerable Value!

.Uncut sheets of US currency in various denominations are available from the Mint. A sheet of 50 $1 bills costs $86 when it's available.

This is the older 32 note sheet. The newer sheets have 50 notes per sheet.

a series 1981 uncut $1.00 sheets of 32 bills for $200.00 total with shipping in November. It was in a nice frame as well. That’s about the going rate for the 1981 since it’s the first official offering. A series 2001 in frame should be around 100-150.00 all in.

@daveydempsey those old 'greenback' style bills are beautiful.
