A bit about me... I'm an elementary school teacher; married for 27 years with 2 children. I love antiques but don't know anything about them. As a hobby I do restore, repurpose, and upcycle furniture. I am moving forward to learn more about antiques, especially furniture.

Here are some pics of a couple of things I'm working on right now.

First you will see some sconces I purchased recently that I have no idea where they are in regards to value. I paid $60 for 10 from the Project Manager of an Estate in Miami Beach that it's been renovated.

The second picture is the current project on a desk from the 50's, made by Kindel, that I picked up from a curb.

The last pic is from a top of 1950's coffee table that I picked up from the bottom of a rubbish pile. I plan to place a mirror behind it and sell it.
