French Faience Plate With Chinoiserie Decoration

    Good morning

    This is an eBay buy. I've not received it yet but these are the seller's photos.

    I think that it is French. The decoration is similar to Moustiers but all the Moustiers pieces that I have researched have a flat base rather than a foot rim. This foot rim looks like early delft although the condition is probably
    too good for it to be an early piece.

    Does anyone have any thoughts on the possible maker?
