    Chris, I can see the sign 'MUSIK' which would make it from a German speaking country. (Possibly Swedish?)
    The red-white-red banner makes me think Austrian.
    Someone might recognize the tower, it looks familiar.

    Usually referred to as pen and wash. Was popular in the past particularly for use in advertising.
