    Hello,

Is there a special name for this type of beads and are they anything special? This is probably a home made project, but I can't find something similar.. thank you ! :):shame:

Frosted mille fiori glass beads; age: anytime in the last 40 years.
They are still being produced in Italy, China, India and surely in other places, too.

They look like Japanese tombo beads or tombo dama, but the costume joolies may have to correct me on that.;)

Thank you ! "Japanese tombo beads" is a (once again !) a new term for me, so it looks like I have some work to do.. ;)

The beads I posted they make me think of Galle vases.. which, of course, they are not..:D

It is the frosted look, isn't it. You can put them on little display stands as miniature Gallé vases.;)
