Memory (or lack thereof) is a terrible thing. Decades ago, we had one of those, could well have been from the same mold. We put it on Ebay, and it sold to a Glass Museum in New Zealand, (Bowey? again, very old memory)Their comment was that it had been made in Czechoslovakia for sale in Europe and they wanted an example.
As I said (or implied) my memory may have failed in this respect, use this as a suggestion, not a fact.

 

Didn't Mikasa do some like this ?

Yep, stalking.
I think I've seen similar design Mikasa but in clear frost but not with purple tinting.
