Frosted/Satin Glass Bird Lamp

Frosted/satin glass lamp with several birds. There are Peacocks, Cranes & Asiatic Pheasants. Measures 23" tall and is 7 1/4" wide. Attached to a spelter base.

 

I searched Tiara, Barolac, Weil, and a couple of others.
Fenton made glass for Tiara and I have a pink vase of theirs with birds on it.
I found this that someone is saying is Fenton.

Fenton may have been commissioned to make the glass for the lamp company.
This is only speculation on my part.

It's listed on eBay, but the seller doesn't seem to offer much info about it:

Thanks for all of the help. The Fenton piece is close but the peacock is not quite the same, and it does not have the other birds on it. The lamp that is currently listed on Ebay, looks like a match just a smaller version.
