Fun Hand Painted Italian ceramic Platter, who made it? signed

    This is a fun hand painted platter signed by the artist. I tired of trying to decipher the signature, I came up with quite a few possible spellings but wondered if anyone definitively recognized the work and artist and could point me to them.     Seems to be the same signature under the image, so I'd guess that's the painter rather than the manufacturer of the ceramic.
