Gallery Framed pastel, Signed Micky, not the Mouse.

The title gives you a hint of the trouble I am having researching this artist with all Mickey Mouse coming up in my searches.
I read the signature as "Micky. S"
I am not sure if the sticker on the front is even a price sticker?
The "Helen Jones Gallery" is closed due to the pandemic and I was able to locate Her on Facebook but she hasn't answered me after a few days.
It could just be something that they framed for someone. All I know it that isn't the thrift stores tag.
The artwork measures 6 1/2" x 11" not including the frame.
Any and all thoughts and critique welcomed.

Think it's actually a Hindu temple. Very attractive framing. 1988-2016 are the gallery dates according to the internet. An amateur work, to my eye, by someone with art training.
