    These came in today.

Unfortunately some damage on the knife, and a bit of space between the back and the handle of the fork.

Bought them online. Seller described it as "Silver, Probably English", but no additional info on the date. Pics weren't clear, and I thought I was seeing the George III mark, but ...

this is George IV, right? With the Sheffield crown and the q for 1836?
And the maker's mark? Aaron Hatfield & Sons, right?

Your identification of the marks is 100% correct. You may be able to reunite the fork with its handle by warming the handle until the filling softens and then pushing it back. I've never had to try it myself.....
