George Washington Woodcut with Faint Signature

I picked this up at an antique shop last week and I was hoping to get some help with the signature. Maybe somebody with photo skills can enhance it somehow. No other info on the picture other than the inscription. Nothing on the frame before I took it out. I believe the last name starts with B like the initial in the block and the first name starts with D.

 

Vaguely looks like an Italian surname. Possibly ending in _ _ _ardinelli or some such.

Initial in surname may be a P or an R, too.
