German/Bavarian bird figurine with partial marking

    A photo of the entire piece will be needed.....front and back. Plus please choose Full Image so they can be seen better.

    Welcome to Antiquers, @techoneup !

    At the top of this forum I notice a post with several links for identifying pottery/ceramic/porcelain marks. I found one for Germany and it has a section for Bavaria. Here is a link: https://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com/germany/bavaria/index.php

    Looks like on this site you have to open each link for different makers. I can't tell what the first initial on your mark is, but the second one appears to me to be "S." Maybe that will help in going through the list? Looks like many of them are for porcelain, but maybe this will help.
