German KPM style Porcelain Portrait...who made it?

    Any help would be appreciated. I think it's a "16" and then the hallmark is EMHT. But who knows.

    That's C M HR and it's a Hutschenreuther mark from the first decade or so of the 1900s.

    The 2 digit number is a size code.

    The plaque was probably painted outside the factory by a specialist firm.
