These knives are 6.5" long and I think they are called fruit knives. I can't find the mark. Hope someone recognizes it. DSC04933.JPG DSC04932.JPG

Inox is an abbreviation for Inoxydable, which means stainless. Stainless steel in other words.

Butter knives. Fruit knives are sharp with a pointy end stabbing out seeds, etc. And usually a bit longer. :)

butter knife or maybe even just "place knife" - not necessarily a specialized purpose - these being very modern and not Victorian. I know nothing about modern makers of stainless flatware. Sorry.

don't bother too much, these are generic forms from the 60s and later till today. the different markings like Bavaria don't mean anything - or perhaps that they were assembled in a shed in Bavaria.
practically all were made in Solingen and then spread over Germany and resold by different companies.
today you see them mostly as hotelware.
