Giant Pearls

    I found this stickpin with a giant "pearl" on it. It looks real to me as it has some very thin cracks (not breaking it but just on the surface) like an organic material might have more than a synthetic but I realize that's probably not absolute.

    Are these worth much? Are they rare?

    A quarter is 24.26 mm wide. So this is about 30 mm wide.

    It's a hatpin with a faux pearl, so I'd say not very.

    A agree, a faux pearl. Pretty common on hatpins.
