Giveaway - get a leg up on the competition

This was apparently a piece of an Art Deco statuette, said statuette long separated from the leg. It's 45mm long and made of ...dunno, but probably synthetic or tagua nut thankfully. A while ago some folks expressed interest when I asked what the heck this came from. So it's now up for grabs. If I get more than one interested party I'll draw names on Saturday night. If anyone's wondering, I only waited because the dumb thing went into hiding on me for a while.

It is the damn school taxes in Jersey that kills me. We get this wonderful letter from the mayor saying we have not had a tax increase in four years.
HOWEVER our school taxes have gone up from 3300 dollars to 4100 dollars
a year. We have the ONLY over 900 school districts in the state which can control how much we pay. That is almost 1000 people who make over 200 thousand a year. It is nice to be a Senior Citizen have have my property taxes frozen but the dang school taxes keep going up. We have only one senior community that does NOT pay school taxes but the rest of us do.

Lucky senior community; here in CT no one is immune. If you own property of any sort you pay for the schools. If it doesn't move, tax it. If it moves, hold it down and pick its pockets. Sound familiar?
