    I know zilch about glass.

This ballerina stands 10 inches tall, it has a seam running all around it.
It serves no useful purpose I can see apart from being ornamental.
The brown staining is nicotine (uncleaned)
    No markings anywhere.

They're made by an Italian company as giftware. The name has left my head. Three letters begins with an R, I think. Damn.

I'm supposed to be cleaning the house and you go and post a link to a glass website. I could be here all day drooling.

    Thanks Susan & Bear.

Lead crystal, that is why it has a nice tinkle to it when flicked with my nail.
I`ll clean it up and put £6 on it and accept £5 at the next car boot sale;)

That's about the right price. Soak it in a strong Fairy liquid solution, that'll do it.
