Glass Bead Necklace

    Is this a newer type necklace? I think the beads are glass. I can get an up close of the bead ends if need be.

    Usually these are rhodolite garnets, necklace is made in India.

    Seconded. I've had them before. Indian garnet necklace. It's a classic design that's been around forever.

    Thritto, Indian garnets, and classic. Probably from Rajasthan, NW India.
    The knot isn't necessary, you slide the knotwork bead on the cord to adjust the size.
