Glass Bottle with Open Heart Stopper - Who Made Me?

    Hello Everybody - I could use a little help with this bottle. It stands 8 1/2" tall with the stopper. At one time I knew the manufacturer but my memory isn't what it used to be. I believe it was an import from Europe (maybe Italy). A google search didn't turn anything up. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

    A lot of perfume bottles are manufactured in the Czech Republic, but I don't recall seeing spatter patterns on Czech items.
