Featured Glass Bowl Help Needed

    I purchased this attractive glass bowl today from a local charity shop
    and would be very gratefull with any info on it.

    It is about 18.5cm by 9cm and has a scratchy signature see image 3.

    I think that signature might say "Mdina", for Mdina Glass. No idea what design series that would be, though.

    Hi Guys
    Thanks for very quick replies, UncleChuckTX you are right it is Mdina i have managed to see it in a better light.

    I have enclosed more photos and a better one that shows signature clearer as asked for.

    you have very good eyes UncleChuck:) here is a similar design/piece of Mdina from Ebay UK, no listing to go with it though, says it is signed Mdina

    Certainly Mdina, but I've not seen that frosted range. I've got the new book, I'll have a look.

    There's no range name in the book, but it does reproduce catalogue pages for a French exporter called Dinazur, dating from the late 80s into early 90s. There's half a dozen variants with pattern numbers starting PF.
