I can't seem to find anything like this glass bowl with a brass edge or rim. The brass has leaves on it. I was not able to find any markings on it. Any help will be appreciated.

Since no one answered, I will give you my opinion.
I do not believe it is any older than the 1960s. May be as current as the 1990s.
Pretty, but not high value. Value is only what someone will pay for a decorative piece.
Again, only my opinion. I've been known to be wrong.

I agree with cluttered. Could be as early as the late 1950's, though 1960's is a good guess as well. Decorative items like this were often put together by jobbers who had one company make the metal part, and then another the glass, and they would put the two together and sell them, primarily as giftware It's unlikely you will find out who marketed them, let alone who made the glass. Also, knowing really won't increase the value.

Thanks to both of you. It is a nice piece, but really just doesn't have a high end look to it. I was thinking along the lines you were. I was just unable to find something similar and got to wondering. Thanks again.
