Glass folded plate/bowl footed handled ID help?

    Hi all,
    Trying to figure out this little cutie, the snail/spiral form had me thinking towards sanibel by Duncan, but that seems to be mostly in opalescent colors.

    Also a photo hosting question, I'm using vendio right now, but paying like $25 a month and only using their photo hosting. Is there a good photo hosting source out there, that will give you the html to post to threads...

    I just have a wild guess.....but the handles remind me of Steuben.

    BTW. I just keep all my photo's on my computer and use upload a file button. The windows photo editior works fine for me too.
