Glass Plate & bowl no clue to who is the maker. Plate 9 Inches wide, Bowl 4 1/2 inches wide.

Bowl top to bottom is 3 inches

 

The plate looks like Duncan & Miller Teardrop. No idea on the bowl.

Yes. the plate is a Duncan Miller teardrop salad plate. The bowl I'm guessing is modern. I often check out the glassware sections when I go to a Big Box store like Wal-Mart or Big lots (department stores too.) It will give you a good idea of the new items that are out there. These are sold in huge quantities, and often show up at flea markets, garage sales and thrift shops, often for more then the original price at the stores. One of my sayings is......If you don't know whats new, you won't know whats old.
Many of the new pieces are made to mimic the older pieces.

BTW...I am just guessing on the bowl being modern. Maybe somebody will come along and prove me wrong!

 

I'm getting a newer giftware vibe from the new one. May not have had a pattern name, and may have been sold under the importer name versus the makers.
