Featured Glass ribbed hat or vase

Hey everyone, I been trying to find this type of glass object, no luck.
Anybody know what kind of glass this is and what it's suppose to be, and maybe where it came from maker etc.

I first thought it was a toothpick holder but it's huge for that!

Glass hats used to be collectible. Not so much anymore.
Often used as vases.

Blenko made a very large one meant to be used as a champagne cooler.

 

Although the color looks more like an amber then Yellow, You might want to look at it under a black light to see if it glows.
