Glass: Who dunnit? 5 1/2" blue,handled cream soup bowl?

Google images produced 5 listings of this but no one seems to know who dunnit. Nice, quality glass. Beautiful blue. One called it a cream soup bowl. Measures approximately 5 1/2" dia. x just shy of 2". I have 5 of them

Anchor Hocking, Fairfield. R calls this piece a nappy, and with the scalloped rim, I would tend to agree.
