GLASSIES: Suggestions about what Mfr made these. Want to know pattern TIA

I’m happy to do the searching on chataboutdg, but without a manufacturer, it’s a bit daunting. TIA for your help!

    It is a very plain plate with a cut design, not a lot to go on.

    Many glass companies did their own cut designs plus so many design companies did cuts on pieces made by glass companies I am afraid this may be very difficult to ID.

    The cut design looks polished, am I seeing it right? If so that suggests a better maker or decorator because it is more work to polish the cuts.

    I think I can assure you that it isn't a Heisey cutting.
