Bought this unusual sherbet yesterday. Never have seen one like it. It has an opalescent like circular (bubble) design. Any ideas on who made it? Rough Pontil on bottom. no marks. Thanks for any help!

A photo showing the area where the stem and the bowl are attached to each other may help somebody.

To me it looks like a wafer was used to join the foot to the bowl. However, the foot does not seem to be the same quality as the bowl. So maybe glue which a UV light may show.

Thank you for your input George. I will check out the UV light to see if it shows anything.
