Featured Gold or GF watch, who dunnit?

Posted on Finds as well, anyone recognise the mark? Looks like 10M 14KT above SP in a stylised gemstone shape with wings.

Lovely. Cartier inspired. I have seen the winged gemstone mark before, but can't remember. I am sure one of the costume joolies knows it.

The 10M is supposed to be for microns thickness of plate. By the wear evident it is not even that.

 

There's no wear on it, that's glare. Bright sun here.

 

It could be that.....just with heavy wear !!

Oh, you rule. A Pforzheim maker, and one who used semi precious stones: I'd thought these might be garnets and that makes perfect sense. The daft thing is, I've a Speidel silver and aquamarine bracelet somewhere, so I ought to have known!

c'mon.....you can see the corners and high edges are worn down to the base metal......or I'm losing my sight !!

 

No, that's a lot of wear through

 

I've louped the thing - agree with Terry about that small raised bits, on looking hard, but the links are fine. I also found two small garnets on each side, I'd missed those.

 

u can see em in the photos......all 4 corners have 2 each........

 

Yup, don't ask me how I didn't spot them.

 

Maybe it is as hot where you are as it is here, tropical.
