image.jpeg image.jpeg I really do not believe this ring to be too old and with the limited information stamped, can I get an age on the 14K Gold ring?
    Marked 14K TW
The only info I can add is it was found 4inches deep with my metal detector.
I have heard different opinions on depth VS metal VS soil VS climate as far as years in soil but a rule of thumbs is 5 years per inch in soil. I could be way off on this opinion though and am open to being educated.

    Nice find Rehmsj.
Could you please click on full image, so everyone can see your photos?
With the gold rings you've been finding, you can start your own wedding band business.:)

From the one photo, the exterior doesn't appear to be scratched up. Doesn't augur well for that marriage that it was lost or flung away in the early years. Ring looks modern to me.

The T.W. mark is Tessler & Weiss, founded in 1936 with the mark in an oval registered in 1950.

    Hi,
You caused me to gasp!!! That is the exact ring I had for my second marriage. I bought it in NYC in 1977. Cost was 125 dollars.

...and thus we can gather how well the marriage went....(LOL) I was going to guess 80s on the ring. It's a nice quality one; the textured edge is thick enough that it would wear well. Provided one wore it instead of losing or melting it.
