This watch is 375 so 9ct. Does it have any saving graces to be preserved intact or would you scrap?. The movement is customline 15 jewel and looks unremarkable to me but the curved crystal looks nicer than average.
It runs and keeps time well. The strap is a new stainless steel replacement so just the case that is gold.
If I’m selling as scrap then I’ll have to take the glass out to weigh it so what do you think?
    Thanks for looking. :)

If it works I'd be wearing it! It's a perfectly nice little watch. Not much good for resale, except for the gold value.

Scrap, and sell the movement and glass apart if it runs:)

Personally I scrap the gold and save the movements and crystals and sell them in bulk to watch repairers and enthusiasts.

There are lots of those out there. Years ago I sold the contents of a watchmakers room. I had hundreds of Ziploc bags of all different sizes filled with varying numbers of watch parts some for a lot more money than I thought they would. Other than watch repair folks I am sure some were bought by artists & steampunk enthusiasts.
