I hope you all are well and safe. I have these two necklaces, the first one is sterling silver and pearls with T.Q. markers mark. These pearls are tested real, but don’t know what kind of pearls are these because of the different colors, I don’t know what T.Q stands for and could you also help me with the age. The second one is the coral I spoke about Any Jewelry. Is has white pearls and they are also real and sterling silver clasps and chain. I was wondering what kind of coral are these and age if possible. Thank you all in advance for your help. I sincerely appreciate it and have a great and safe day.

It may only refer to who made the findings. Both of these look artisan-made rather than commercial. The pearls are peacock-dyed (probably dyed although they do turn up naturally once in a while) pearls with sterling bits. The second is apple coral with freshwater pearls. An artist named Lee Sands was very fond of apple coral and used quite a lot of it. I think it's not used any more.

Welcome. That coral might be worth a few bucks if they can't harvest it any more.

It is sponge coral, which is still harvested. They press and dye it as a cheap alternative to precious red coral.
It is called apple coral when it has light patches.
The dark pearls are pretty cultured freshwater pearls.

and in addition they also use synthetic resin and different types of glue to stabilize the sponge coral... unfortunately the necklace is not worth much
