Featured Good Morning Every One! Can You Please Help Me With This Pendant? TY

I hope you all are doing well and your New Year has started with good news all the way around. I got this piece and I think it is a pendant, it looks that way to me, but it has the signature of the maker/ designer and I can’t seem to make it out and I am hoping someone will be able to help me figure this out. Thank you so much in advance for your help!

 

Where did you get it? It looks like an artisan piece, any artisan jewelers in your area?

 

The clip on the loop means you can wear it as a pendant on pearl or bead necklaces. You hook it on the necklace without damaging the pearls and you clip it shut so it stays in place.

Very nice enhancer. As to maker, that is one tough signature! Maybe try an image search of the entire piece?

 

I tried everything that was in my power. google image search is not as good as it use to be.

Whatevered - artisan-made bead enhancer pendant. I'd guess 1990s. The name may be Olga Something. The big clue is a siggie that's dremeled in.
