Good Morning, I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the weekend. I have this gemstone bear pendant that is unsigned and I have been searching for a maker and the only two names that have similar design are Cathy Armstrong and Lyndon B. Tsosie. I am not saying that this piece is from one of them , but I am hoping someone might be familiar with the design and help me with a name. Thank you so much in advance for all your responses. Stay well and enjoy your weekend.

And are you keeping or re-selling?? IF re-selling, could you either PM me or give me the link when you do? Thanks!

Thank you and I am considering selling. The piece is 39mm wide and 20mm high without the bale. I will send you the link when listed and again thank you for your response and have a great day!

There is a guy name David Rosales in Gallup New Mexico. It looks an awful lot like the work that he does. I cannot remember the name of his Studio though off the top of my head but you should be able to look him up with that information David Rosales in Gallup New Mexico and then put bear necklace. It'll pull you up and I bet you you find what you looking for or at least very similar. Sure looks like his work. Good luck.

It is lovely, ezee. Inspired by Zuni work, but I think it could be non-Native. If fairly recent pieces are not signed, they usually are non-Native.

I don't see any marks, inh, or am I missing something?
The designs on the back just look like 'Native American' designs to me, so it can be worn with either side showing.

I’ve just added to above post.
Of course it’s just speculation on my part. :)

Thanks.:) The decoration on the back of that one doesn't look like a specific shop mark either to me though.

Yes, but I have also seen online pieces that without markings that are by well known designers, it just that the symbols in the back represent who they are. this is a beautiful well made piece. Thank you as always for you help and please stay well and enjoy your weekend.

Symbols that are maker's marks are stamped, sometimes engraved. These symbols are cast as part of the bear design. They aren't maker's marks.
    It certainly is.:)

komokwa The Truth is out there...!

i don't like the rounded stones....or the round ones..
i don't like that they're not sanded down...
or the way the colors are placed...& no channel work..
    or the rear designs...
    New...& no siggy.............red flag..

    Agree.
I have seen those rounded stones in pieces said to be Navajo (but Filipino?), but never round ones.
It is certainly not Zuni imo, and most likely not NA.

    I agree with @Any Jewelry and @komokwa.
It looks like 'Native style' to me. The back appears to be cast, which is not typical for Native pieces.
Native jewelers would most likely cut out the little shapes and solder them onto a plate to create the backing.
