I inherited this set with our house, it was my great aunt's. Unforunately she sold the buffet so I don't have all three pieces. It was originally the board room table at my great uncle's employer, and they gave it to him as a retirement gift. Circa 1900, some of the Grand Rapids labels have peeled over the years but it's definitely real. Only fair condition I think, it could definitely be refinished, and two of the chairs need repair. I don't think it's worth too much in it's current condition, but I don't want to get ripped off. We also have the curio, which is in better shape but the glass has been replaced with plastic.
I'm hoping someone here can help!

Looks like a fairly standard dining room table and china cabinet. I've seen similar pieces sell at auction here in Ohio. Condition is going to greatly effect resale, refinishing would be helpful but wouldn't add a whole lot to the value since furniture of this type is out of style. If sold locally in an auction around here I'd expect to see values of approximately $40-50 for the table and chairs and $60-100 for the china cabinet.

1920s-30s walnut veneer and solids stained to match. Here in my semi-rural Midwest location, I doubt it would be even that high at auction. Maybe just a bit higher at retail.
