Green glass pitcher - help with origin/age.

    About 10" tall - top/mouth is just over 4" across. the chip on the foot is unfortunate - was covered up with the price sticker at the thrift so I didn't see it till I got it home - still a nice piece of glass though. Assuming this is European - anything point to any specific origin/age? The pontil mark is ground and polished and the base has some age wear.

    I was going to say with the twisted handle 1970s Italian, most likely.

    Shame on them for covering up that chip with their price tag! And the chip looks very "new" too..

    I'm sorry, but I think it's wrong to cover up a flaw..
