GREEN PHOTO THAT GLOWS IN THA DARK

Does anybody knows which kind of work is this? Does it have any human hand? I used to saw this in poor houses decoration when I was a child, then they disappeared from everywhere. I don't know which decade it was a trend, maybe 1960? 70? Does anybody knows? The frame is very characteristic too.

 

I've seen these too. They're made of foiled paper, in factories as far as I know, just don't ask me where.

 

Phosphorescent is the word.

In fact it isn't phosphorescent neither iridescent... The title is just to draw attention. Now I know it's foil art, this one from 1980.

People say this one in the pucture is from 1980s. But this art was very common since 19th century, considered folk art when made by hand. Thank you very much.
