Green Turtle Dragon

    It is hand carved out of Green Marble or Jade or some other material,I am not sure.
    It is 7 inches Long and 5 inch High
    It weighs about 3 lbs
    Any info like
    Material made of
    Age
    Country of origin
    Meaning
    Would be very helpful
