    I came across the site doing some research. Trying to downsize. The valuation learning curve is mind boggling not to mention authentication. Yikes. I will likely be returning often even if I don't have much to say or offer. Thanks, KMick

    Welcome KMick! The learning curve is surly a sharp and twisty one, but the great folks here manage the maze with great vigor, research and humor. Sometimes I don't know which I admire most. Feel free to jump in and ask questions, and you'll be sharing your knowledge before long - knowledge you may not even know you have!
