What exactly do you want to know? Looks like all the information you could ever want is on the bottom of the cars.

about the make of it. i did my research on rio, hubly and maisto. But could not come across any above mentioned models. indeed i do know one is made in Germany and the other is of great Britain. But the make of Germany is not clear.

The one clearly says made by Lesney. On the other, id say the maker is whatever the name is in the square and diamond mark. Can't read it with your upside down picture.

And a quick google search of Model 1503 Mercedes Benz shows that mark is Conrad.

The gold one, by Lesney (also known as Matchbox) is probably from their Yesteryear series; some of those were issued with gold-colored plating. I don't think yours is specifically listed in the following link, but they issued many of their painted models in gold variants. Value is probably pretty minimal; you'll often see Lesney Yesteryears for $1 to $5. A box would add some value, and collectors do sometimes look for variants (such as red rather than black seats, and such) but you'd have to do a lot of research to learn about that aspect.

    Compare ebay: http://www.matchboxmemories.com/Yesteryear Giftware/Plated Yesteryears/plated_yesteryear_range.htm

An internet search string might be "Lesney yesteryears gold," or "matchbox yesteryears gold."
