Do you have anything else, marks etc? On first blush I'd say modern decorator pieces.

Nope say it slowly. just saw it one a local auction website. was fascinated by the piece. and wanted to know a bit about it. British didnt make such pieces right? or was it a modern replica? but the finishes seems to be quite perfect? what do youll think?

It hard to guess from just a single photo and someone may have an idea but to my eye they look made for decorator pieces. The kind that would be pricey in a designer showroom. That's just a guess though.

Maybe from somewhere like Wong Lee.

They do appear to be modern decorative pieces. The crazing on the top one usually means China as a source (IME.)

Agree with SIS and Debora. The color and crazing are the giveaways on the first item. The color is a turquoise that the Chinese have really perfected and the crazing is too even to be accidental. On the second one take a close look at the flowers. They are very typical of Chinese floral depictions. Lovely items with no particular use except to look pretty. Just not old.
