hallmark IK22 gold

    Not really much to go by, I've found several makers who use an IK mark, but most started business long after this was made. You didn't mention in which country you found it.
    The style of the decoration is 1960s or so. It is a very generic style, so knowing the maker probably doesn't add any value. The value is in the high caratage.

    It is not a hallmark btw. If it were, we would be closer to finding whodunnit. A hallmark is punched by an official assay master. Countries that have hallmarks also have official gold- and silversmith registers.
