FS seems to stand for Francis Stebbings.
    1913..1919
    (registered Jan 1914)

    7 cm = 2.75 inch - for a child it seems.
    Weight: 12 gr - 0.035 ounce

This would make this bracelet (or is this a napkin ring?) from around '14-'18.

It's the third one that I can't identify. Anyone?

Also, is this a particular style? Thanks.

Do you clean this kind of antique silver? What would most people do with this?

Francis Stebbings is a London maker, but there are no London marks, or even British marks. The Francis Stebbings mark is very different:

A British bangle would not be marked 925, but have a row of specifically British marks, for instance the leopard's head for London, the lion passant for sterling silver, and a date letter.
This is not a British bangle, and probably not antique. The mark on the right could reveal more of the origin, but don't expect too much. You can just give that a rub with a bit of silver polish to clean inside the mark.
The rest of the bangle looks fine to me, just wash it in some soapy water. If you really want to polish it, use a silver polishing cloth.

The size is a regular women's size. I can get my hand through a 6 cm diameter bangle, and my glove size is 7, or medium. It depends on how flexible the hand is. If I buy bangles for resale, I usually go for 6-7 cm diameter.

OK, thanks. It seems that all the silver I get into my hands is fake or can't be identified!

Oh dear. If it is any consolation, most silver jewellery can't be identified.

I've posted the question on another forum and that showed it was fabricated by:

The Franz Scheurle silverware factory was founded in 1903 by its namesake in his hometown of Schwäbisch Gmünd (Germany). In the early years, the product range consisted of a well-arranged selection of small silver items. At the World Exhibition in Paris three years earlier, however, silver canes and umbrella handles had come into fashion. Thanks to high demand, these 'en vogue' products became the young company's best-selling items. The versatile patterns were exported worldwide to countries such as South and Central America, Russia, Scandinavia, Holland, France and Switzerland. However, the company's strong growth came to a temporary end with the outbreak of war in 1914.

After 1918, owing to an innovative extension of the production programme to include silver giftware, such as cigarette cases and powder compacts, they entered into a new, growing market. The economic crisis in 1926 and the related price pressure caused the need to alter existing distribution channels. From then on, the goods were sold on to specialised dealers, in other words selected jewellers at home and abroad. After the company founder Franz Scheurle died unexpectedly in 1929, his son Gerhard Scheurle, took over.

I see it now, I have a pair of Franz Scheurle Brutalist goldfilled sterling cufflinks from the 60s-70s, they have the same FS and 925 marks. The FS mark was used for a long time, probably still is.
My Franz Scheurle cufflinks with FS mark:

Forgot to add, 925 was used later on, in the days of Franz sr. and Gerhard they used 800 silver fineness. My cufflinks date from the time of Franz jr., I expect you bangle to be a later piece as well, given the 925 fineness.
