Hand painted floral shell shaped dish

    9 and half inches by 9 inches by 2inches deep. Bought in U.K.
    Unfortunately there’s no marks on the base just these 4 little raised black pimples so I’m stuck trying to ID the maker/country and possible date. It is more of a cream colour definitely not white with a lot of crackle. Any thoughts anyone please? Thanks
