Featured Hand Painted France Small Sauce Boat W/Underplate ID

    Not sure of the makers mark on these pieces. The little sauce boat stands 2 1/2" tall not including the handle. The underplate measures 6 1/4".

    I don't think it's Sevres. The mark is imitative and probably put there by the decorator. No idea who made the blank. The color is meant for Sevre's bleu celeste.

    It's an attractive piece and Sevres style - I just don't think it's actually by Sevres.
