Looking for any info I can find. All I have figured out so far that these are Tower Double Lock meaning they could be locked into a position so they didn't keep getting tighter but also would not open. Any ideas on age would be appreciated. This is the only picture I currently have but more can be taken if someone needs to see something specific. The key does work and they do work well.
