Has anyone heard of an artist named E. Paul?

I found this painting last week at a local thrift store. I tried googling the artist & only found one mention/auction:

    Painting signed e.paul | Selency

But I did find a lot of references to a Eustace Paul Ziegler - could this possibly be the same artist?
Has anyone heard of E. Paul?
Any thoughts on this painting? (it has a small tear/scratch to left of white face's mouth - is the painting good enough to keep/try to sell - or just set it outside for someone to pick up?)

    Thank you!

In last photo above I just noticed there is a small piece of scotch tape hanging from a thread - the tear is smaller than it looks - and only looks like a scratch from the front)

The small scratches can be hidden by an artist easily.
I think you should try to sell it, if shipping isn't too costly.
    What is the size? :)

The signature and style do not match the 2 options you found.

I like what they tried to do with the color mixing. Cast studies always make me think of student work.
