Has anyone heard of Heritage Collectors Society?

In an upcoming auction I may be attending there is an item authenticated by "Heritage Collectors Society" and I was wondering if anyone here has heard of them. It appears that they buy/sell/trade historical documents and are located out of Doylestown, PA.

Note: I usually don't put too much stock into COAs created by companies that I haven't heard of and are not truly "objective" third party firms but I thought I'd at least ask the forum for their thoughts.

    Thanks,
    Joe
