Haven’t seen another- what would you call this?

Hi all! Got this little girl in a lot, and have never seen anything like it nor have I found anything close. Maybe not looking up the right thing, who knows. Has anyone ever seen one of these? Are they hard to find? Thinking about giving it to my mom instead of selling because she loves unique brooches.

That looks like a parts/ created item. I found the ceramic doll pieces and parts, but nothing that looked “manufactured “ like this.

 

I’m wondering if this is a marriage of an old locket and the dolls head.
Not sure if they started out life together.
What’s under the red material - does the fabric look cut out in a handmade crafty way or professionally stamped out?

 

Looks like a creative reuse of a locket missing it’s cameo or stone front.

 

It could very well be a marriage.
