Featured Heisey? Silver Overlay Satin Glass Empress Ice Pail

    This looks like a Heisey Empress ice pail. It's unmarked. I think Heisey had silver overlay on some pieces, but I've not seen anything in satin glass.

    Your title says it all. (Remove the question mark). Heisey did not do the Silver overlay, others did that.
