Featured Hello all! Is this resin?

Hello everyone, have loads to catch up on here ( I love that, I try to save coming here for a while sometimes so I can have loads to read in one go!)

Anyway I got a box full of ole kerap from someone at a booty Sunday and this frame was in it. Is it resin?
It doesn't feel like it, it's quite light but can't explain the holes with gluey looking stuff otherwise xx

I think you're spot on. A nice frame, maybe an old plastic?

 

( I do read all the old threads...wish I could take the info in. If I could remember a teeny bit of all that I have seen, I'd be clever. But I can't, wish I could!)

It does feel plasticy, rubbery even.

(Just adding,I washed a bit of it to see what would happen and the black came off,and under were more resiny type holes! ) xxx

nahh...that's molded plastic...

Well when I first got it, I DID think of CP but after a while, I discounted it. It's spray painted and has what look like resin holes. Think it's supposed to look like GP?
